Sunday Member Social and Showcase

We are excited to announce the first of our “Sunday Member Social & Showcase” events.
These will be a special members only program where you can share quick stories, lessons from the road, educational quips, or showcase an artifact. If you’re interested in being a part of the showcase, please let us know! This will be very informal. It will not be streamed to our youtube account. Slots are being limited to keep the events light hearted, quick, and easy to attend.
If you can contribute to this or upcoming showcases, please email programs@adventurersclub.org. (Thoughts and suggestions welcome as well)
This first showcase will be held on Sunday Nov 16th with the following schedule:
3pm — Doors and bar opens
4pm — An hour of stories and exchanges
5pm — (and on) socializing with fellow members.
This is a great opportunity to get to know each other and relax away from presenters and the public. We ask members to please make an effort to join and help us rekindle the social nature of the club.
This event will not be catered. However, if you’d like to bring food to share, please feel free to do so. If you plan on bringing a dish, kindly give a heads-up beforehand so we can ensure a balanced spread.
